Accor continues its strategic expansion in Spain, surpassing the milestone of 100 hotels across the country. This growth reflects the company’s diverse brand portfolio, ranging from economy to luxury and lifestyle properties, and its ongoing commitment to broadening its presence in both established and emerging destinations throughout Spain.<\/h3>\n

The opening of the ibis Styles Madrid Airport Valdebebas marked Accor’s 100th hotel in Spain. This property, the largest ibis hotel in the Iberian Peninsula, offers 260 rooms, a 24-hour snack bar, rooftop pool, and panoramic city views. Located near Madrid’s Adolfo Su\u00e1rez Airport and key business hubs, it highlights Accor’s focus on strategically placed properties in high-demand areas.<\/p>\n

Recent additions to Accor’s portfolio in Spain include:<\/h3>\n

– <\/strong>Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>:<\/strong> Situated along the Mediterranean coast in C\u00e1diz, this resort features 153 rooms and suites and 47 private villas,while the property includes a restaurant and an outdoor pool.
– SLS Barcelona<\/strong><\/span><\/a>: Marking the brand\u2019s debut in Europe, the SLS Barcelona is located at the waterfront in Port F\u00f2rum. The hotel features 471 rooms and suites, while guests can choose from six distinctive dining and bar concepts, relax by one of three pools, enjoy a spa experience, or utilize the expansive event spaces, including a grand ballroom.
– Novotel Valencia Lavant\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/a>: This hotel is located near the Palacio de Congresos and offers 370 rooms, a two-level rooftop, which includes a pool, bar, and terrace with city views. The hotel also provides extensive coworking spaces and 11 meeting rooms, making it well-suited for both business and leisure travelers.
– Ibis Styles Santander<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>: Located in the city of Santander, this newly opened hotel features a design inspired by the natural beauty of the area, blending urban elements with nature. The hotel includes dining options, a fitness center, and easy access to the city center.
– Ibis Budget Madrid Albasanz<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>: A 99-room property located in a vibrant area of Madrid, near the Metropolitano Stadium, this budget-friendly hotel offers simple and modern accommodations with private parking and a breakfast buffet. It is ideally situated for guests looking to explore the city and is within easy reach of Madrid\u2019s major attractions.
– Ibis Madrid Norte Las Tablas<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>: Set to open in July, this new hotel in the northern part of Madrid features 148 rooms across five floors. The property is designed with multifunctional spaces that blend work and relaxation, catering to both business travelers and leisure guests.
– Greet Alicante<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>: Scheduled to open in late 2025, this hotel will be the first greet<\/em> brand in Spain. Accor’s ongoing expansion in Spain also includes other well-known brands such as Mercure, Pullman, Sofitel, and Ennismore’s SO\/, The Hoxton, Hyde, and Mondrian.
