reserve.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, the company wants its balance sheet to include Hyperliquid\u2019s native token, HYPE.<\/p>\n<p>This strategic pivot, which includes rebranding to Hyperion DeFi, aims to position Eyenovia as a leading validator on the Hyperliquid blockchain..<\/p>\n<p>Notably, Eyenovia\u2019s $50 million investment targets the acquisition of 1 million HYPE tokens.<\/p>\n<p>Once executed, the company will become one of the top global validators on Hyperliquid\u2019s layer-1 blockchain.<\/p>\n<p>The $50 million financing, secured through a private placement in public equity
