He explained how he often tasks AI with analysing large tranches of data in a matter of minutes \u2013 something that would take his teams of experts days or weeks to complete. This enables him to make high-level decisions quickly and efficiently.<\/p>\n<div id=\"blockquote-block_59bfc0cafb303b2b976c5ef91cb7448e\">\n<p>The world requires that you be smarter, faster, stronger.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-eio=\"l\" data-old-src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.cryptonews.com.au\/2024\/03\/14124748\/Michael-Saylor.jpg\">        Michael Saylor, Executive Chairman, Strategy    <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Saylor said, \u201cIt doesn\u2019t necessarily give me the answer that I can immediately act on, but it gives me somewhere between 80%-95% of what I need and then I take that to the finance department, I take it to the legal department.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-launching-ai-driven-financial-instruments\">Launching AI-driven financial instruments<\/h2>\n<p>Earlier this year <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptonews.com.au\/news\/metaplanet-sets-record-with-asias-largest-equity-raise-for-btc-as-microstrategy-announces-strike-preferred-stock-offering-126023\/\">the company launched<\/a> Strategy\u2019s Perpetual Strike Preferred Stock (STRK) and Perpetual Strife Preferred Stock (STRF), preferred stock offerings developed with the help of AI. These offerings are designed to support the company\u2019s plan to raise capital for further Bitcoin acquisition. The company recently purchased an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theblock.co\/post\/353095\/strategy-buys-more-bitcoin-may-5\">additional<\/a> 1,895 Bitcoin with capital partly raised from the sale of STRK.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Both stocks offer attractive yields and feature unique features such as perpetual dividends and call options.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThose two preferred stocks, Strife and Strike, are the first AI-designed securities that I know of, certainly in our industry,\u201d Saylor said and credited AI with helping to navigate the financial and legal red tape surrounding their creation.\u00a0<\/p>\n<div id=\"blockquote-block_c9f1aa01138a0aa8b2cc3f78833b963b\">\n<p>We did a convertible preferred stock; it had never been done before.
