{"id":855748,"date":"2025-06-15T09:11:50","date_gmt":"2025-06-15T14:11:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsycanuse.com\/index.php\/2025\/06\/15\/96bn-mega-framework-prepared-for-offsite-and-nhs-work\/"},"modified":"2025-06-15T09:11:50","modified_gmt":"2025-06-15T14:11:50","slug":"96bn-mega-framework-prepared-for-offsite-and-nhs-work","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newsycanuse.com\/index.php\/2025\/06\/15\/96bn-mega-framework-prepared-for-offsite-and-nhs-work\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00a396bn mega-framework prepared for offsite and NHS work"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"wrapper_sleeve\">\n<p><img width=\"620\" height=\"414\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.ca.emap.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/09\/Construction-generic_2_shutterstock.jpg\"  decoding=\"async\" fetchpriority=\"high\"  alt=\"Construction-generic_2_shutterstock.jpg\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p data-start=\"64\" data-end=\"166\">The government&#8217;s Crown Commercial Service (CCS) has confirmed plans for a new construction framework worth up to \u00a396bn.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"168\" data-end=\"449\">The Construction Works and Associated Services 3 (CWAS 3) agreement will replace three current frameworks: RM6088, RM6267 (also known as ProCure 23), and RM6184 (Offsite Construction Solutions).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"168\" data-end=\"449\">It will also incorporate NHS England\u2019s fifth-generation ProCure framework, ProCure 24.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"451\" data-end=\"778\">Published this morning (13 June) as a preliminary market engagement notice, the procurement covers construction works and associated services for building and infrastructure projects across the public sector.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"451\" data-end=\"778\">It includes design, manufacture and installation services, as well as the hire and purchase of 2D and 3D offsite construction solutions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"780\" data-end=\"878\">The framework is expected to open for bids in January 2026 and run from July 2026 to October 2034.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"880\" data-end=\"951\">The work will be divided into multiple lots and is expected to include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>construction and civil engineering<\/li>\n<li>repair and maintenance<\/li>\n<li>prefabricated, modular and portable buildings<\/li>\n<li>real estate and inspection services<\/li>\n<li>demolition and site clearance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1364\">Market engagement is being undertaken jointly with NHS England and has already included a series of webinars, surveys, and one-to-one supplier meetings between January and March 2025. Further events are planned from May to August.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1366\" data-end=\"1630\">The framework will be open to central government departments and all other public sector organisations across the UK, with potential for some limited overseas use.
