Mailchimp\u2019s new tools, powered by Intuit\u2019s global technology platform, offer a connected, data-driven solution to help businesses build richer customer relationships, improve marketing outcomes, and scale sustainably.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"908\" data-end=\"1356\">\u201cSustainable growth has never been more difficult,\u201d said Ken Chestnut, Director of Global Partner Ecosystem at Intuit. \u201cMailchimp is becoming the essential bridge between advertising and customer relationships\u2014seamlessly connecting campaigns to marketing automation that nurtures leads and drives conversions. We\u2019re giving businesses the tools to engage at every step of the customer journey, from attracting new leads to building lasting loyalty.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1384\">Major New Capabilities<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1386\" data-end=\"1497\">The latest product rollouts, built with artificial intelligence and deep platform integration in mind, include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"2352\">\n<li data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1827\">\n<p data-start=\"1501\" data-end=\"1827\"><strong data-start=\"1501\" data-end=\"1537\">New Lead Generation Integrations<\/strong><br data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1540\">Mailchimp now supports expanded integrations with Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and LinkedIn. These tools help businesses bring lead data from social and paid ad campaigns directly into Mailchimp, where they can be automatically nurtured with targeted, real-time marketing workflows.<\/p>\n<li data-start=\"1829\" data-end=\"2092\"><\/li>\n<p data-start=\"1831\" data-end=\"2092\"><strong data-start=\"1831\" data-end=\"1869\">100+ Customizable Pop-Up Templates<\/strong><br data-start=\"1869\" data-end=\"1872\">New sector-specific templates make it easier for businesses in verticals like education, health and wellness, and the arts to create effective, on-brand pop-up forms for lead capture, segmentation, and personalization.<\/p>\n<li data-start=\"2094\" data-end=\"2352\"><\/li>\n<p data-start=\"2096\" data-end=\"2352\"><strong data-start=\"2096\" data-end=\"2118\">Metrics Visualizer<\/strong><br data-start=\"2118\" data-end=\"2121\">A new reporting tool offers over 40 different metrics that allow businesses to visualize campaign performance across email and SMS channels. This allows for easier analysis and informed decision-making based on granular insights.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2354\" data-end=\"2661\">These tools expand on the 2,000+ updates and improvements made to Mailchimp\u2019s marketing platform since December 2024. That includes improved audience segmentation, faster load times across the app, and enhanced functionality in its Marketing Automation Flows tool (formerly called Customer Journey Builder).<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2663\" data-end=\"2696\">Seamless Platform-Wide Growth<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2698\" data-end=\"2982\">Mailchimp\u2019s updates also reflect Intuit\u2019s broader strategy to create an all-in-one business management ecosystem by tightly integrating Mailchimp with QuickBooks. Together, these tools aim to give customers everything they need to run and grow their businesses from a single platform.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2984\" data-end=\"3247\">Freya Doggett, Digital Marketing Officer at London\u2019s Serpentine Galleries, praised the connected experience. \u201cIt feels like we\u2019re not having to do as much digging or joining the dots,\u201d she said. \u201cMailchimp really simplifies things that are complicated by nature.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3249\" data-end=\"3271\">What\u2019s Coming Next<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3273\" data-end=\"3385\">In addition to the tools announced at FWD: London, several new features are planned for release later this year:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3387\" data-end=\"4320\">\n<li data-start=\"3387\" data-end=\"3627\">\n<p data-start=\"3389\" data-end=\"3627\"><strong data-start=\"3389\" data-end=\"3414\">Custom Audience Tools<\/strong><br data-start=\"3414\" data-end=\"3417\">Marketers will soon be able to export audience segments from Mailchimp to Meta and Google Ads for advanced targeting, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns\u2014helping turn ad spend into real insights and revenue.<\/p>\n<li data-start=\"3629\" data-end=\"3902\"><\/li>\n<p data-start=\"3631\" data-end=\"3902\"><strong data-start=\"3631\" data-end=\"3661\">SMS Contact Import via API<\/strong><br data-start=\"3661\" data-end=\"3664\">This feature will allow businesses to add SMS contacts who don\u2019t use email, enabling more inclusive and flexible communication. Combined with purchase and behavioral data, marketers will be able to create smarter, omnichannel campaigns.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3904\" data-end=\"4320\">\n<p data-start=\"3906\" data-end=\"4320\"><strong data-start=\"3906\" data-end=\"3933\">AI Agents in QuickBooks<\/strong><br data-start=\"3933\" data-end=\"3936\">Intuit will soon roll out a virtual team of AI-powered agents across its platform. These include customer service, finance, payments, and project management agents designed to proactively solve problems, offer insights, and take action on behalf of users.
