{"id":854602,"date":"2025-06-10T09:11:43","date_gmt":"2025-06-10T14:11:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsycanuse.com\/index.php\/2025\/06\/10\/reds10-appoints-new-leadership-to-steer-500m-growth-plan\/"},"modified":"2025-06-10T09:11:43","modified_gmt":"2025-06-10T14:11:43","slug":"reds10-appoints-new-leadership-to-steer-500m-growth-plan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newsycanuse.com\/index.php\/2025\/06\/10\/reds10-appoints-new-leadership-to-steer-500m-growth-plan\/","title":{"rendered":"Reds10 appoints new leadership to steer \u00a3500m growth plan"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"wrapper_sleeve\">\n<p><img width=\"620\" height=\"414\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.ca.emap.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2025\/01\/Paul-Ruddick.jpg\"  decoding=\"async\" fetchpriority=\"high\"  alt=\"Paul-Ruddick.jpg\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"61\">Offsite specialist contractor\u00a0Reds10 has appointed a new trio of managing directors to lead its defence, public sector and manufacturing operations as part of a strategy to grow revenue to \u00a3500m.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"236\" data-end=\"507\">Phil Cook, Joe Shepherd and Ryan Geldard have each been promoted to managing director roles covering Reds10\u2019s core divisions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"236\" data-end=\"507\">In a statement today (9 June), the firm said the appointments would support its aim of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.constructionnews.co.uk\/sections\/long-reads\/interviews\/reds10-chair-searching-for-the-holy-grail-of-productivity-06-02-2025\/\">industrialising offsite construction<\/a> and integrating AI across its business.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"842\">They will report to founder and chairman Paul Ruddick (pictured), who is stepping back into day-to-day leadership after chief executive Matt Bennion moved to lead Reds10\u2019s sister company, Thrive-AI.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"842\">The technology firm, which uses machine learning to optimise building operations and reduce energy consumption, will now be Bennion\u2019s sole focus.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"844\" data-end=\"1119\">Other key leadership roles at Reds10 remain unchanged.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1349\">The leadership overhaul follows a 70 per cent rise in annual turnover to \u00a3142.5m for the year to 31 March 2024.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1349\">Reds10 has forecast that its revenue will grow to \u00a3160m in the current financial year, supported by a \u00a3300m secured pipeline.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1351\" data-end=\"1685\">The firm is part of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.constructionnews.co.uk\/buildings\/kier-and-laing-orourke-join-armed-forces-alliance-20-08-2024\/\">contractor alliance<\/a> appointed by the Defence Infrastructure Organisation to deliver new Single Living Accommodation blocks for the armed forces.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1351\" data-end=\"1685\">The company is also targeting work in the healthcare, affordable housing and temporary accommodation sectors, particularly in partnership with local authorities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1687\" data-end=\"1959\">All Reds10 buildings are manufactured off site at its facility in Driffield, East Yorkshire, where five factories currently have capacity to produce 4,000 units a year.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1687\" data-end=\"1959\">The firm plans to triple this output to 12,000 units annually through a programme of industrialisation.<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: Reds10 press release\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<section id=\"miso-related-article-grid\">\n<p><h3>Related Article<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.constructionnews.co.uk\/peoplemoves\/reds10-appoints-new-leadership-to-steer-500m-growth-plan-09-06-2025\/\" class=\"button purchase\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Read More<\/a><br \/>\n Ben Vogel<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Offsite specialist contractor\u00a0Reds10 has appointed a new trio of managing directors to lead its defence, public sector and manufacturing operations as part of a strategy to grow revenue to \u00a3500m.
