Aaron Rodgers and the Pittsburgh Steelers<\/a> have agreed to a contract for the 2025 season, according to reports. Rodgers and the Steelers have been flirting with the idea of an alliance for months, and now it\u2019s happened. The 41-year-old QB tore his Achilles on the first drive of the 2023 season, and returned last season to throw for 3,897 yards and 28 touchdowns to 11 interceptions. The Jets finished 5-12 and released Rodgers earlier this offseason.<\/p>\n Rodgers takes over for Justin Fields and Russell Wilson as Steelers starting QB. Pittsburgh swung a big trade for receiver DK Metcalf earlier this offseason, but also unloaded WR George Pickens to the Dallas Cowboys<\/a>.
