This is ahead of the \u2018100 Most Notable Africans Leadership and Business Summit\u2019 scheduled to take place in Kigali, Rwanda, from July 4 to 6.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_162866\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-162866\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/soccernet.ng\/app\/uploads\/2025\/05\/IMG-20250530-WA0006-750x938.jpg\" alt=\"Soccer Nigeria and Galatasaray Victor Osimhen \" width=\"750\" height=\"938\"  ><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-162866\">Nigeria and Galatasaray Victor Osimhen. Photo Credit X<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Osimhen\u2019s inclusion comes after a phenomenal season in Turkey, where he netted 36 goals in 40 matches for <a href=\"https:\/\/soccernet.ng\/?s=Galatasaray\">Galatasaray<\/a> while on loan from <a href=\"https:\/\/soccernet.ng\/?s=Napoli\">Napoli<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The 26-year-old Nigerian was instrumental in securing a historic league and cup double, becoming the most prolific one-season foreign player in Galatasaray\u2019s history.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_160963\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-160963\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/soccernet.ng\/app\/uploads\/2025\/05\/GrPz5x8XcAEI1J3.jpeg\" alt=\"Soccer Nigeria Super Eagles and Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen\" width=\"588\" height=\"680\"  ><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-160963\">Nigeria Super Eagles and Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen. Photo Credit X<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The Lagos-born striker has already been crowned Galatasaray\u2019s Player of the Season and is set to be officially confirmed as the 2024\u201325 Super Lig top scorer, with 25 league goals, including nine crucial openers that often changed the course of matches.<\/p>\n<h3>Osimhen joins Nigerian bilionaire Elumelu and Egypt&#8217;s Salah on Africa&#8217;s 100 Peace Icons list<\/h3>\n<p>Other Nigerians honoured include Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Director-General of the World Trade Organisation, Femi Otedola, Gov. AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara State, and Dr Charles Odii, head of Nigeria\u2019s SMEDAN.<\/p>\n<p>Also making the list are Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Amb. Photo by IMAGO<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Beyond Nigeria, the continental list features heavyweight names like Dr Imane Kendili (Morocco), Prof Mthuli Ncube, Zimbabwe\u2019s Finance Minister, and Tanzania\u2019s Dr Angel Josephat Natianota.<\/p>\n<p>Project Director Amb.
