Olympic Park Enabling Works<\/p>\n

The London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) has launched early market engagement on a proposed civils and engineering framework for the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, with a projected value of up to \u00a330m.<\/p>\n

The six-year framework is intended to cover three lots: civils and design-and-build services, highways and engineering works, and site investigations.<\/p>\n

It will also be available for use by the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation, Greater London Authority bodies and London Stadium operator LS185.<\/p>\n

LLDC is seeking \u201cinnovative lead suppliers\u201d to partner on a pipeline of infrastructure and site development projects across the park.<\/p>\n

Lot one will see a partner appointed to deliver civils, fabric and design-and-build services.<\/p>\n

Lot two is designed for quicker call-offs involving highways and engineering works, while lot three will cover site surveys and ground investigation tasks including topographic and pit surveys.<\/p>\n

The framework is expected to run from January 2026 to January 2032. Its estimated value is \u00a325m excluding VAT, or \u00a330m with VAT.<\/p>\n

According to a prior information notice published on Tuesday (27 May) on the Delta eSourcing portal, this is not yet a formal procurement process.<\/p>\n

Instead, LLDC is assessing supplier interest to inform its procurement strategy.<\/p>\n

The deadline for responses is 10 June 2025. LLDC said all submissions would be treated confidentially and used to produce a summary report on market appetite and feedback.<\/p>\n
