Two storied HBCU football programs continue to make waves on the recruiting trail, securing commitments from two of the top junior college prospects in the 2025 class<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Morgan State<\/strong>\u00a0bolstered its secondary with the addition of\u00a0Aki Harvey<\/strong>, a 6\u20194\u201d, 190-pound cornerback from Georgia Technical College. Known for his size, speed, and physicality, Harvey brings a skill set reminiscent of former Morgan standout Ja\u2019Son Prevard. Both are long, aggressive defenders with the ability to shut down wideouts on the perimeter. Head Coach\u00a0Damon Wilson<\/strong>\u00a0and his staff made Harvey a clear priority\u2014and landed a major piece for their defense.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile,\u00a0Alabama A&M<\/strong>\u00a0Head Coach\u00a0Sam Shade<\/strong>\u00a0continues to rebuild the Bulldogs\u2019 front seven. The program recently added\u00a0Kylon Roberts<\/strong>, a 6\u20194\u201d, 250-pound defensive end from Lackawanna Community College. Roberts possesses an explosive first step and a versatile frame that allows him to line up both at the 5-tech and inside at the 3. Whether overpowering tackles or slicing past guards, Roberts adds immediate pass rush value to a unit in need of disruption.<\/p>\n
