He pointed to three key drivers behind the rally- \u201cWe\u2019re seeing a unique convergence of factors\u2014regulatory clarity, institutional inflows, and macroeconomic shifts\u2014that are accelerating mainstream adoption\u201d.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The consistent capital inflows into spot Bitcoin ETFs<\/a> show that institutional investors are embracing Bitcoin as a legitimate asset class. And Bitcoin\u2019s inverse correlation to the dollar is further boosting its role as digital gold, Jan said. With Bitcoin holding strong above $110K, Bybit\u2019s $125K target by quarter\u2019s end shows rising confidence in BTC as a key player in the future of global finance.<\/p>\n

Jan also highlighted the recently introduced GENIUS Act<\/a> and said that having clear rules like this helps build trust and create the infrastructure needed for broader adoption.<\/p>\n

Cautious Outlook for Altcoins<\/h2>\n

While he was bullish on Bitcoin, he was a bit cautious on altcoins. He noted that while Ethereum and other top coins may follow Bitcoin, high interest rates and global uncertainty might stop smaller tokens from rising as much.<\/p>\n

Analyst Scott Melker also predicts Bitcoin to hit $250,000 by the end of 2025, driven by strong institutional demand and a stable market. He pointed out that Bitcoin\u2019s volatility has dropped considerably and its ties with trad-fi could drive the next big rally.\u00a0<\/p>\n

He was surprised at Bitcoin\u2019s current price level despite the rise in institutional interest<\/a> and breakthroughs. He thinks that the price still does not reflect the bullish momentum building behind Bitcoin.<\/p>\n
