The 2024-25 Serie A season concludes this Sunday with plenty at stake on both ends of the league table. <\/p>\n

Gianluca Busio <\/strong>and Venezia face off with Weston McKennie<\/strong> and Juventus on Sunday in a crucial match for both clubs. Busio and Venezia enter the final match day sitting in the bottom three of the league standings. The American midfielder has played a leading role in the Venezia squad, logging 33 appearances and two goals. However, a loss for Venezia would certainly doom them to life in Italy\u2019s second-tier next August. <\/p>\n

As for McKennie and Juventus, they haven\u2019t guaranteed a top-four spot just yet. The Bianconeri sit fourth on 67 points, fighting with both Roma and Lazio for the final UEFA Champions League automatic berth. The 26-year-old McKennie has scored two goals and added four assists in Serie A play this season, showing his versatility in a number of different roles. <\/p>\n

Both clubs will be fighting to complete their goals on Sunday night, knowing that one might not finish where they ultimately want to.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere in Italy, Christian<\/strong> Pulisic, Yunus Musah<\/strong> and AC Milan face Monza in their final match of the season.<\/p>\n

In France, Jordan Pefok <\/strong>and Stade Reims take on PSG in the Coupe De France Final.<\/p>\n

In England, Antonee<\/strong> Robinson<\/strong>, Tyler<\/strong> Adams<\/strong> and Chris Richards <\/strong>conclude their Premier League campaigns. <\/p>\n

In Spain, Johnny Cardoso<\/strong> and Real Betis take on Valencia in their La Liga finale.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, Cameron Carter-Vickers <\/strong>and Auston Trusty<\/strong> will aim to start alongside one another in Celtic\u2019s Scottish Cup Final showdown with Aberdeen. Alex Zendejas <\/strong>and Club America take on Toluca in the Liga MX Final second leg. George Bello<\/strong> and LASK continue league play, as does Griffin Yow<\/strong> and Westerlo.<\/p>\n
