\n\tA rare, celebratory moment of LGBTQ+ representation in the K-pop scene took place in Los Angeles on Tuesday night during the final stop of JUST B\u2019s<\/strong> JUST ODD World Tour, when member Bain<\/strong> took a moment to speak to the crowd while performing a section of the concert solo.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cBefore I start the next song, tonight I want to share something with you guys,\u201d he told the audience at the Vermont Hollywood, pausing for a moment before declaring, \u201cI\u2019m f\u2014ing proud to be part of the LGBT community,\u201d with the announcement drawing massive cheers from concertgoers, according to on-the-ground footage<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cShout-out to my queen Lady Gaga<\/a> for showing me that being yourself is beautiful,\u201d Bain continued through the supportive shouting. \u201cTo everyone out there who\u2019s part of the LGBTQ+ or still figuring it out, this is for you guys. And also, this is for everyone. You\u2019re seen, you\u2019re loved, and you are born this way.\u201d The 24-year-old then broke out into a remixed performance of Gaga\u2019s Billboard Hot 100 No. 1<\/a> hit and LGBTQ+ anthem \u201cBorn This Way.\u201d The star later posted those words on his personal Instagram account with footage from the night.<\/p>\n

\n\tBain and his bandmates Geonu<\/strong>, Lim Jimin<\/strong>, Siwoo<\/strong>, DY<\/strong> and Sangwoo<\/strong> launched the U.S. leg of JUST B\u2019s world tour earlier this month after kicking off in Tokyo in March. Over 10 American dates, the group performed singles like \u201cMedusa,\u201d<\/a> \u201cTICK TOCK\u201d <\/a>and \u201cDamage,\u201d<\/a> with each member also performing solo stages in different cities. Bain\u2019s sets paid homage to 2000s pop divas with covers of Britney Spears\u2019<\/a> \u201cToxic,\u201d Destiny\u2019s Child\u2019s<\/a> \u201cSurvivor,\u201d the Pussycat Dolls\u2019<\/a> \u201cButtons\u201d and Lady Gaga\u2019s \u201cBad Romance\u201d and \u201cJudas.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tIn a final address to the crowd, Bain swam in even more supporting cheers from the audience and his group members.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cL.A., thank you so much,\u201d he shared, per fan footage<\/a>. \u201cToday, it means a lot to me \u2014 I\u2019m so happy that I can be myself,\u201d before one of his bandmates followed up, saying, \u201cWe are happy too,\u201d with another confirming with a supportive \u201cYeah!\u201d Bain closed out by saying, \u201cUntil next time: stay bold, stay fierce, and lastly, always, always be your true self,\u201d as his bandmates pushed him to take in the center-stage spotlight.<\/p>\n
