Chairman and owner Paul Caddick<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Caddick Construction Limited reported turnover of \u00a3355.2m for the year ending 31st<\/sup> \u00a0August 2024, up 12% on 2023\u2019s \u00a3317.6m.<\/p>\n

Pre-tax profit was up by a similar percentage at \u00a38.3m (2023: \u00a37.4m) with a margin remaining stable at 2.4%.<\/p>\n

Alongside growth in revenue, Caddick Construction\u2019s order book grew by 7% to \u00a3750m and year-end cash increased to \u00a332.8m from \u00a331.9m along with no debt.<\/p>\n

The results form part of the 2023\/24 figures for the wider Caddick Group, which consists of Caddick Construction, Caddick Developments and Moda Living. The group saw a consolidated turnover up 5% to \u00a3606m (2023: \u00a3575m), a 23% increase in gross profit to \u00a370m and net asset growth to \u00a3202m. <\/p>\n

Group pre-tax profit was down 18%, however, at \u00a328.8m (2023: \u00a335.4m).<\/p>\n

The business paid out dividends of \u00a32m to the owner for the year, down from \u00a32.4m for 2023.<\/p>\n

Caddick Construction Group\u2019s results follow a year of milestones for the business, including the launch of its new Wakefield headquarters in June 2024, followed by the opening of a northeast office in Durham.<\/p>\n
