Prince Harry and Princess Lilibet Share Royally Sweet Moment in New Photo<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Duke and Duchess of Westminster are growing the royal family<\/a>.<\/p>\n

King Charles III<\/a><\/strong>\u2019s godson Hugh Grosvenor<\/strong> and his wife Olivia Grosvenor<\/strong> announced they are expecting their first baby.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe duchess is expecting a baby in the summer,\u201d a spokesperson told The Telegraph <\/em>March 12. \u201cThe couple are delighted with the news and are very much looking forward to starting a family together.\u201d<\/p>\n

The couple\u2019s big news comes nine months after they tied the knot during a 400-guest ceremony at Chester Cathedral in Chester, England. And Hugh\u2014who is godfather to Prince Harry<\/a><\/strong> and Meghan Markle<\/a><\/strong>\u2019s son Archie Harrison<\/a><\/strong> as well as Prince William<\/a><\/strong>\u2019s son Prince George<\/a><\/strong>\u2014had a close friend of his play a special role in the royal wedding.<\/p>\n

Indeed, the Prince of Wales was tasked with being an usher<\/a> at his longtime friend\u2019s June 7 wedding. And while William played a proud part in the nuptials, Kate Middleton<\/a><\/strong> was unable to accompany him, as she had been staying out of the public eye amid her cancer treatments<\/a>. King Charles III was also absent amid his own battle with cancer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Even so, the duke\u2014who inherited his title when his father Gerald Cavendish Grosvenor<\/strong> died of a heart attack in 2016\u2014had an abundance of support from loved ones on their wedding day. And it was a good thing because, just the month before, the 34-year-old admitted that he expected to be a complete nervous wreck when it was time to step into the cathedral for his and Olivia\u2019s wedding.<\/p>\n

\u201cI’m unbelievably excited,” Hugh told Town & Country<\/a><\/em> magazine in a joint interview with Olivia last May. “I also just wanted to make it very clear how unbelievably helpful people have been, how supportive they’ve been so far which I’m unbelievably grateful for. Because I do realize that it’s going to be a big thing for the city. It’s going to be certainly a huge thing for us, so we’re just really grateful for all the help.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

And amid all the hectic wedding planning, the couple\u2014who got engaged in 2023 after two years of dating\u2014had one detail that they could immediately agree on: the location.<\/p>\n

“It’s obviously a place where we will live, where we’ll be building our lives together,” Olivia told the outlet. “And we’re slowly transitioning to move up from London and be much more permanent here and really putting roots down. So actually, yes it was a really easy decision in the end.”<\/p>\n

Graham Craker<\/strong>\u2014who acted as a bodyguard for the royal family, including Prince Harry<\/strong> and Prince William<\/strong>\u2014died at the age of 77 in April.<\/p>\n

Craker was notably with the boys when they learned their mother,\u00a0Princess Diana<\/strong>, had died and he participated in her funeral services.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Prince Harry Reaches Settlement in U.K. Tabloids Lawsuit<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

The Duke of Sussex reached a settlement with News Group Newspapers<\/a>\u2014which is responsible for The Sun<\/em>\u00a0as well as the now defunct\u00a0News of the World<\/em>\u2014on Jan. 22\u00a0after\u00a0suing the organization in 2019<\/a>\u00a0over alleged unlawful actions on the part of journalists and private investigators working for the newspapers to obtain information on the royal family.<\/p>\n
