Entertainment All Things Considered (ATC) has acquired a majority interest in Jamie Osman\u2019s Easy Life Entertainment management company and label. <\/strong><\/h2>\nLondon-headquartered All Things Considered revealed the purchase in a brief release this morning. Per the buyer, which has closed a number of acquisitions during the past year and change, today\u2019s play extends to 11-year-old Easy Life\u2019s management unit (Real Life), namesake label (formerly a Sony Music JV), and PR agency (Turn the Page) alike.<\/p>\n
(The formal announcement doesn\u2019t mention Bear Creative or Kingswood Studios, which are said to have operated under the Easy Life Entertainment banner as well.)<\/p>\n
On the management side, Real Life\u2019s roster features Mouth Culture<\/a>, Kids in Glass Houses<\/a>, and Bears in Trees<\/a>, according to the appropriate website. Said website displays 13 total clients; only 11 acts are said to be coming aboard All Things Considered, however.<\/p>\nMeanwhile, Easy Life Records\u2019 signed talent includes but isn\u2019t limited to Fatherson<\/a>, Softcult<\/a>, and Normandie<\/a>. The transaction encompasses the label\u2019s north of 300-master catalog, the involved parties noted, identifying as well about \u00a3510,000 (currently $650,000) in annual revenue for the overarching Easy Life.<\/p>\nRegarding valuation, ATC pointed to a cash \u201cNet Acquisition consideration\u201d of $956,598\/\u00a3750,000, calculated \u201cafter netting off a post-completion dividend\u201d of $357,124\/\u00a3280,000 payable to the purchaser.<\/p>\n

\u201cJamie is well respected in the industry and brings considerable experience and an extensive network of client and industry relationships,\u201d Driscoll said in part. \u201cThe Acquisition adds a meaningful revenue stream to the business through predictable, recurring music royalty income.<\/p>\n
