This could prompt a change in monetary policy towards ending quantitative tightening and eventuating in quantitative easing. This in turn could see markets rally with an injection of new liquidity.<\/p>\n<p>However, Hayes believes that further downside is needed in traditional markets first to instigate such conditions.
