Former Manchester United<\/a> midfielder, Michael Carrick<\/a>, has backed Super Eagles forward, Kelechi Iheanacho<\/a>, for success with Middlesbrough<\/a>, Soccernet.ng<\/a> reports.<\/strong><\/p>\n The 28-year-old joined the Boro on loan from Sevilla after a poor stint in his first six months in Spain. While he\u2019d had hoped for a fresh start in the EFL Championship<\/a>, Iheanacho<\/a> is still without a goal for Middlesbrough<\/a>.<\/p>\n The former Manchester City forward was omitted from Eric Chelle\u2019s 23-man squad for Nigeria\u2019s 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Rwanda and Zimbabwe. There are eight games to go, and when it gets to this stage, even one moment can be big now.<\/p>\n \u201cThose individual moments at this stage can turn out to be bigger moments. It would be wrong of me to single anyone out.
