Part of its daily market update <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/QCPgroup\/status\/1894947534419943546\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow external noopener noreferrer\"><span>read<\/span><\/a><span>,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span>\u201cEquities, gold, &#038; BTC are sliding as stagflation fears gain traction. Consumer sentiment is weakening (CCI missed: 98 vs. 103), while inflation expectations remain high. Markets are reacting with caution.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span>Analysts cautioned that tariffs would increase inflation and prices of goods. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>On Tuesday, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/fear-and-greed-index-hits-5-month-low-of-extreme-fear-whats-up-with-bitcoin\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span>BTC dropped below $90K<\/span><\/a><span> after President Trump signalled 25% tariffs on Canada and Mexico, effective 3rd March.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>A stubborn inflation could dent the Fed rate cut outlook, and QCP Capital projected that Friday\u2019s PCE inflation print could offer more clues about next BTC\u2019s direction.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>On the flipside, other analysts, like Ken Teng (Chicken Genius), <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/pakpakchicken\/status\/1895017767084102095\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow external noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">believed<\/a> that the extreme fear in the market signalled a potential bottom, and BTC could bounce higher as it was still far from topping out.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span>\u201cClear indication of bottom; cycle tops out far from here, and it\u2019s the final phrase I\u2019m most looking forward too.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span>For his part, BTC trader Cryp Nuevo <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/CrypNuevo\/status\/1894855755439788472\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow external noopener noreferrer\"><span>speculated<\/span><\/a><span> that BTC could dip to the confluence area of the CME gap and weekly moving average at $77K-$78K. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Per the trader, these were price imbalances that tend to be filled later or sooner.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_470893\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Bitcoin.jpeg\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-470893\" alt=\"bitcoins Bitcoin\" width=\"1946\" height=\"1104\"   data-old-src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns='http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg'%20viewBox='0%200%201946%201104'%3E%3C\/svg%3E\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Bitcoin.jpeg 1946w, https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Bitcoin-300x170.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Bitcoin-1024x581.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Bitcoin-768x436.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Bitcoin-1536x871.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Bitcoin-1200x681.jpeg 1200w\" src=\"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Bitcoin.jpeg\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-470893\">Source: X<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><span>Meanwhile, BTC bounced 5% from the $82.2K lows at press time and was valued at $86.5K.
