Leake solicited money from six victims. <\/p>\n<p>According to prosecutors, Leake convinced his victims to loan him $8.1 million to invest in the properties in exchange for a high return on their investments.<\/p>\n<p>Leake used the money to pay credit card bills, car payments, rent, and gambling expenses.\u00a0His victims lost $5.3 million.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0Tennessee Titans\u00a0signed him as an undrafted free agent in 2004. In 2005, Leake played for the\u00a0Atlanta Falcons\u00a0and\u00a0Green Bay Packers.
