\n Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust has had the most amount of\u00a0staff assault incidents in the south east\u00a0since 2019, a new investigation has revealed.\n<\/p>\n
\n A Freedom of Information request submitted by LegalExpert.co.uk found that\u00a0NHS Trusts in the south\u00a0east have paid out more than \u00a32 million settling staff assault\u00a0legal claims in the last five years.\n<\/p>\n
\n It also revealed\u00a0that\u00a0Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust had the most staff assault incidents in the south east raised to the NHS legal body, standing at 26 over the last five years.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
\n It has\u00a0paid out\u00a0\u00a384,103, setting 12 claims.\n<\/p>\n
