Prince Harry, also known as the Duke of Sussex, has been living in the United States since 2020 after stepping down from his royal duties in the UK.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

In 2022, former U.S. President Donald Trump gave an interview with GB News, where he strongly criticized Meghan Markle, Harry\u2019s wife.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

Recently, Trump made it clear that he has no intention of deporting Prince Harry, even though there is an ongoing legal case about Harry\u2019s immigration records.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

A conservative group called The Heritage Foundation is currently challenging the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in court. They are trying to get information about Harry\u2019s visa, questioning whether he was given special treatment when he moved to the U.S.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

The controversy started because Harry admitted in his book *Spare* that he had used illegal drugs, including cocaine, cannabis, and psychedelic mushrooms, when he was younger. Normally, U.S. immigration laws are very strict about drug use, and people with a history of drug-related offenses can be denied a visa. However, waivers can sometimes be granted.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

When asked if he would deport Prince Harry, Trump firmly said, \u201cI don\u2019t want to do that, I\u2019ll leave him alone.\u201d\u00a0 <\/p>\n

At the same time, Trump did not hold back on criticizing Meghan Markle. He said, \u201cHarry already has enough problems with his wife. Trump has always had a deep respect for the British royal family. He has previously said that he had \u201cautomatic chemistry\u201d with the late Queen Elizabeth II and has called King Charles \u201ca really wonderful guy.\u201d\u00a0 <\/p>\n
