Leeds.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The Dyecoats scheme on Kirkstall Road involves 434 homes, including 50 per cent classed as affordable, as well as a food hall and new public realm.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Graham managing director Jonathan Hall said: \u201cThis appointment celebrates Dyecoats being one of the first new-build developments to receive Building Safety Act gateway two approval.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The Building Safety Regulator issued the green light on 3 February, days after<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.constructionnews.co.uk\/buildings\/building-safety\/just-two-new-hrbs-approved-under-new-building-safety-regime-29-01-2025\/\"> <i><span>Construction News<\/span><\/i><span> reported<\/span><\/a><span> that just two applications had been approved by 29 January.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The Dyecoats scheme is being developed by Latimer, the developer arm of Clarion Housing Group, with Graham appointed for the first of three phases.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>It is located in south-east Leeds, just upriver of the Climate Innovation District, a mixed-use development featuring homes built at an onsite factory by developer Citu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span>CN <\/span><\/i><span>has approached Graham \u2013 ranked 21st in the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.constructionnews.co.uk\/cn-intelligence\/data-dashboards\/cn100-turnover-profit-and-margin-23-08-2024\/\"><span>CN100 2024 table of top contractors<\/span><\/a><span> \u2013 for more information on the construction timescale for Dyecoats phase one, including a start date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The full project will see 1,799 homes built on the 13-acre brownfield site, as well as a new bridge south over the River Aire.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The supply chain for the first phase of the project includes FK Lowry on piling and Cidon Construction for the concrete frame.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Phase one also involves SCS Group (internal partitions and ceilings), Keith Walton Brickwork (masonry) and NorDan UK (windows, external doors and curtain walling).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>According to data-intelligence provider Glenigan, other subcontractors include earthworks specialist Rhodar Industrial Services and mechanical and electrical
