NFL Star Josh Allen Reveals He Throws Up Before Every Game<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Josh Allen<\/strong><\/a> is raising eyebrows with his unusual pregame ritual.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Buffalo Bills quarterback detailed his routine before stepping onto the field for every NFL game\u2014and it included an unexpected trip to the bathroom.<\/p>\n

Describing his pre-game plans in a video shared to TikTok Jan. 26<\/a>, Josh said, “Throw up, listen to my playlist and drink water.”<\/p>\n

And the 28-year-old\u2014who announced his engagement to<\/a>\u00a0Hailee Steinfeld<\/strong><\/a> in November following more than one year of dating\u2014provided a step-by-step rundown of his vomiting habits.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“Right after pre-game, come in the locker room,” Josh continued, “go do my deal, listen to my music, drink some water and some mouthwash.”<\/p>\n

While his unconventional routine didn’t clinch him the win against the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship game<\/a> on Jan. 26, it earned him plenty of laughs from fans who found the confession refreshingly relatable.<\/p>\n

“He so me love him,” one user commented on the clip, while another added, “Me before a first date.”\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Josh may not have scored a victory in this year’s AFC Championship\u2014which secured the Chiefs’ spot<\/a> in the 2025 Super Bowl<\/a>, where they’ll face off against the Philadelphia Eagles\u2014but he’s certainly been winning off the field as of late.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In fact, the he previously credited his romance with Hailee with helping him achieve his MVP-worthy<\/a> performance over this past year.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s been a huge part,\u201d Josh told the Associated Press<\/a> in a December 2024 interview. \u201cThe morale, the support. When I get home, she\u2019s my biggest fan, my biggest supporter. She\u2019s just the best.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

And that feeling goes both ways. In fact, Hailee had expressed wanting to tie the knot with Josh just<\/em> before he proposed<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“The funniest thing was that we woke up and were getting ready for brunch and you jumped on the bed and said, ‘Can we get married already?!? What are you waiting for??!'” Josh recalled in Hailee’s Beau Society newsletter Q+A back in December. “I replied, ‘Just give me a little more time.’ Little did you know I was about to propose to you.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

And his proposal wound up being everything Hailee wanted and more. As the Oscar nominee put it in her newsletter, “All the happy tears have just barely dried.”<\/p>\n

“Whenever we tell the story, look back at photos, or even say ‘We’re engaged’ or ‘We’re getting married,'” she added, “I start crying.”\u00a0<\/p>\n
