The lead writer on Fallout: New Vegas<\/em>, John Gonzalez, announced on LinkedIn<\/a> is returned to Obsidian Entertainment as a Creative Director.<\/span><\/p>\n

“I\u2019m happy to share that I\u2019m starting a new position as Creative Director at Obsidian Entertainment!” said Gonzalez.<\/span><\/p>\n

He did add that he is not working on Fallout: New Vegas 2<\/em>. However, it isn’t known what game he will be working on.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Gonzalez was also the Narrative Director on Horizon Zero Dawn<\/em> and Horizon Forbidden West<\/em> at Guerrilla Games, the Lead Designer on Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor<\/em> at Monolith Productions, and the Lead Narrative Designer on Tom Clancy\u2019s EndWar<\/em> at Ubisoft.<\/span><\/p>\n

Obsidian Entertainment is set to release Avowed<\/em> for the Xbox Series X|S, PC via\u00a0Steam<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Microsoft Store<\/a>, and Xbox Game Pass on February 18, 2025, as well as T<\/em>he Outer Worlds 2\u00a0<\/em>for the layStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam and Microsoft Store, and Xbox Game Pass in 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n
