Confirmed investments in Aseer Region has reached almost SAR 7 billion, with SAR 20 billion worth of additional investments still in the pipeline, stated Hashem Al-Dabbagh, Acting CEO of Aseer Development Authority (ASDA), on the sidelines of the Real Estate Future Form.<\/p>\n
All these investments come from the private sector, reflecting strong confidence in the region’s investment potential.<\/p>\n
However, this does not include investments from the Public Investment Fund (PIF) in Aseer, the volume of which is akin to the private sector.<\/p>\n
Total investments in Aseer, including both private sector and PIF investments, range between SAR 50 billion and SAR 60 billion.<\/p>\n
Al-Dabbagh highlighted that Aseer\u2019s investment sector continues to outperform all key indicators annually.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
