The Mavericks already have more points against the Wizards than they managed in total against the Celtics last Saturday. The Mavericks have a bit of a cushion as they currently lead the Wizards 117-89.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the Wizards’ recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their 13th straight loss. They fell 119-109 to the Suns.<\/p>\n
Like the Wizards, they lost despite seeing results from several players. Jordan Poole led the charge by dropping a double-double on 19 points and ten assists. That’s the most assists Poole has posted since back in April of 2024.<\/p>\n
Dallas has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 24-22 record this season. As for Washington, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-38.<\/p>\n
