<\/span>Step 2. Hire people<\/span><\/h3>\n

You can do everything by yourself if you don\u2019t have the money to invest. But if you do, I recommend hiring these people: \u2022 Script writers \u2022 Video editors \u2022 Narrators \u2022 Thumbnail designers You can hire them on UpWork\/Fiverr.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Step 3. Produce a batch of 30 videos<\/span><\/h3>\n

30 videos is my golden number. This should be enough to get some traction. And to get enough data. Check what works in your niche and model them. At the end you should have enough data for you to know where to double down.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Step 4. Optimize keywords<\/span><\/h3>\n

Do keywords research. I use\u00a0vidIQ<\/a>\u00a0to find the best keywords for my niche. The right combination is trying to rank for keywords that: \u2013 Aren\u2019t too saturated \u2013 Have demand<\/p>\n

<\/span>Step 5. Monetize<\/span><\/h3>\n

You need 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours in the last 12 months to get accepted in YouTube\u2019s Partner Program. But you don\u2019t have to wait for that long to monetize. You can monetize right away by promoting your own products or courses.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
