Visit <a href=\"http:\/\/trinicookstt.com\">trinicookstt.com<\/a> for more recipe ideas.<\/p>\n<p>HONEY BACON BREAKFAST MEDLEY<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 6 slices bacon<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1 cup chopped broccoli florets<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1 small red sweet pepper, thinly sliced<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00bd cup sliced fresh mushrooms<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00bd small onion, sliced<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00bd tsp ground black pepper<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1 tbsp honey<\/p>\n<p>Method<\/p>\n<p>Place the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat. Let cook until desired crispness and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>In the same skillet add the sliced onions to the bacon fat. Add the sweet pepper and mushrooms. Let the vegetables cook for 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add the broccoli and the black pepper. Cook for a few more minutes just until the broccoli is crisp tender.<\/p>\n<p>Return the bacon to the skillet and toss with the vegetables. Add the honey and mix just to coat the bacon and vegetables.<\/p>\n<p>Remove from the skillet and serve hot with scrambled eggs.<\/p>\n<p>CRISPY SHRIMP with HONEY DRIZZLE<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 12 \u2013 15 extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Salt and black pepper<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00bd tsp pepper sauce<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Few dashes of Worcestershire sauce<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Juice of 1 large lime<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1\u00bd cups Panko breadcrumbs<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1 tsp paprika<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 2 eggs lightly beaten<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1 cup flour<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Oil for frying<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00bd cup Herbwai Honey<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00bd tsp ginger powder<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00bd tsp red pepper flakes<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1 tsp finely chopped chadon beni<\/p>\n<p>Method<\/p>\n<p>Place the shrimp in a bowl. Season with a little salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce. Let marinate for half hour. Just before breading squeeze the lime juice over the shrimp.<\/p>\n<p>Combine the honey, ginger, red pepper flakes and chadon beni in a bowl. Add a little salt and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Set up a breading station. Place the flour, eggs and panko breadcrumbs in separate bowls. Season the flour with salt and black pepper. Add a touch of pepper sauce to the eggs and mix well. Add the paprika and a little salt and pepper to the breadcrumbs and mix well.<\/p>\n<p>In batches coat the shrimp first in the flour, then egg and then the breadcrumbs, ensuring the shrimp is completely coated at each stage.<\/p>\n<p>Add enough oil in a frying pan to cover and rise about \u00bd inch in the pan. Heat over medium high heat.<\/p>\n<p>Fry the shrimp in the hot oil in small batches, turning intermittently until golden brown and cooked through.(Approximately 1\u00bd minutes on either side). Place on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.<\/p>\n<p>Place the shrimp in a serving bowl while warm. Drizzle generously with the honey glaze and serve.<\/p>\n<p>Honey Baked Chinese Chicken<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1 cup of honey<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 4 tablespoons of soy sauce<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 2 tablespoons of sesame oil<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 5-6 cloves of garlic, crushed<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 3 tablespoons of finely grated ginger<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Salt and black pepper<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1 tablespoon of \u2018Trini\u2019 green seasoning<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 8-10 pieces of bone-in chicken pieces<\/p>\n<p>Method<\/p>\n<p>Season chicken with salt, pepper and green seasoning in a large bowl.<\/p>\n<p>In another bowl mix together, honey, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and ginger. Add \u00bd honey mixture to seasoned chicken, toss to properly coat chicken pieces. Cover and refrigerate overnight.<\/p>\n<p>Pre-heat oven. Place chicken in a greased baking dish. Bake chicken until well browned for about 35-40 minutes. Baste with the remaining honey mixture every 10-12 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Serve chicken, drizzled with pan juices.<\/p>\n<p>HONEY &#038; BALSAMIC DRESSING<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00bd cup honey<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 3 blades chadon beni, finely chopped<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1 clove garlic, grated<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1\u00bd tbsp balsamic vinegar<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Salt and black pepper<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00bd tsp pepper sauce (optional)<\/p>\n<p>Method<\/p>\n<p>Whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl.
