Afrobeats star, Davido has emphasized the importance of good leadership in unlocking the full potential of Nigeria and Africa.<\/h2>\n

In a recent interview with \u201cElevate Africa\u201d published on YouTube, Davido praised the resilience of Nigerians, emphasizing that with visionary leaders, the country could achieve remarkable progress.<\/p>\n

He said, \u201cWe can\u2019t go forward without\u2026we need the best leaders now first, that\u2019s the most important thing.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The singer acknowledged Nigerians\u2019 incredible adaptability and determination but pointed out that poor governance has held the nation back.<\/p>\n

When asked about Africa\u2019s potential and the role of music in its progress, Davido reflected on the enduring strength of Nigerians, noting their ability to thrive under challenging circumstances.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhere do you think Africa should be by now, and how do we get there through music?<\/strong><\/em>\u201d Davido reflected on the tenacity of Nigerians, highlighting their ability to thrive in challenging environments.<\/p>\n

\u201cI tell people, I say if you can survive in Lagos or you can survive in Nigeria rather, you can survive anywhere. I feel like we\u2019re survivors; we\u2019re strong-willed people<\/strong><\/em>,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Davido also spoke on the global presence of Nigerians, which he believes is a testament to their resilience and influence.<\/p>\n

He said, \u201cNigeria, if you go anywhere in the world, everybody has Nigerian friends. Whether you\u2019re Chinese or\u2026you have Nigerian friends everywhere in the world. <\/strong><\/em>I fly to do shows, Nigerian restaurants are there, and Nigerian communities are there. It just shows that we\u2019re a force.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

He concluded by emphasizing that effective leadership is the missing ingredient for Nigeria to reach its full potential.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just feel the only thing is just missing is just the right leaders to lead us. Once we get that right, I don\u2019t think there\u2019s anything that will stop us,<\/strong><\/em>\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
