Nick Viall <\/strong>reacted to Vicki Gunvalson<\/strong> shading his podcast in a bizarre hot-mic moment after her phone interview with him on The Viall Files<\/em>. The Real Housewives of Orange County <\/em><\/strong>star also addressed her \u201cmishap,\u201d which was featured in the episode.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the actual interview, Vicki declared that The Bachelor\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>star\u00a0owed<\/em> her because she was busy that day with \u201c400 meetings.\u201d After the interview, Vicki forgot to end the call \u2014 and her private convo with boyfriend Michael Smith <\/strong>was blasted to Nick\u2019s listeners.<\/p>\n

In her talk with Michael, she dissed the podcast, claiming she only did it as a favor to the media company that produces her podcast. She also said she\u2019d never heard of Nick before the interview and then mispronounced his name.<\/p>\n

After the hot-mic moment, Vicki took to Instagram to address it.<\/p>\n

\u201cVery, very busy! I had to have a laugh after reading all your hysterical comments from my latest mishap on @viallfiles,\u201d she wrote on December 4. \u201cThank you @nickviall and team for the warm welcome \u2026 [let\u2019s] whoop it up in beautiful Puerto Vallarta soon!\u201d<\/p>\n

She also shared a video where she\u2019s drinking an alcoholic beverage at the beach.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen you\u2019re very, very busy with 400 meetings and don\u2019t have time for a podcast interview today,\u201d she wrote over the video.<\/p>\n

In the comments, Nick shared his reaction: \u201cNever change Vikki.\u201d<\/p>\n

Vicki responded, \u201cNever! ????\u201d<\/p>\n

Vicki started out the podcast telling Nick that he \u201cowe[s]\u201d her for the interview because she had \u201c400 meetings\u201d that day.<\/p>\n

After the interview ended, Vicki forgot to end the call.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat [interview] was a favor to Hurdat [Media],\u201d said Vicki to her boyfriend Michael in the hot-mic moment, referring to the podcast network that produces her show, My Friend, My Soulmate, My Podcast<\/em>. \u201c[Nick]\u2019s got seven million views. [I made him] a major appearance. I was a guest on his show. He\u2019s got his own network, his own show, his own thing. I\u2019ve never heard of him.\u201d<\/p>\n

She also mispronounced his surname, calling the podcaster \u201cNick Vialls.\u201d<\/p>\n
