The re\u00admark\u00adable ef\u00adforts of George Janoura and Ju\u00adnior Sam\u00admy were recog\u00adnised when they were in\u00adduct\u00aded in\u00adto the T&T Cham\u00adber Busi\u00adness Hall of Fame.<\/p>\n

Both men are stal\u00adwarts in their own right, mak\u00ading an in\u00addeli\u00adble con\u00adtri\u00adbu\u00adtion in the sphere of fash\u00adion\/gar\u00adment de\u00adsign and con\u00adstruc\u00adtion re\u00adspec\u00adtive\u00adly and so much more.<\/p>\n

As Janoura and Sam\u00admy col\u00adlect\u00aded their awards be\u00adfore the large au\u00addi\u00adence at the au\u00addi\u00adto\u00adri\u00adum of Na\u00adtion\u00adal Acad\u00ade\u00admy for the Per\u00adform\u00ading Arts (NA\u00adPA), it was ev\u00adi\u00addent that their faith and firm be\u00adlief in God re\u00admains the cor\u00adner\u00adstone of their lives and their suc\u00adcess\u00ades as they open\u00adly praised him for his con\u00adtin\u00adued grace and guid\u00adance.<\/p>\n

Their fam\u00adi\u00adlies, em\u00adploy\u00adees and even their com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adties were al\u00adso ac\u00adknowl\u00adedged as im\u00adpor\u00adtant fac\u00adtors in mould\u00ading their var\u00adi\u00adous en\u00adti\u00adties, with Janoura and Sam\u00admy stat\u00ading they are both firm be\u00adliev\u00aders in giv\u00ading back to the needy through their var\u00adi\u00adous phil\u00adan\u00adthropic ef\u00adforts which in\u00adclude char\u00adi\u00adty dri\u00adves with Janoura be\u00ading a keen sup\u00adport\u00ader of the T&T Can\u00adcer So\u00adci\u00adety and Sam\u00admy do\u00adnat\u00ading to needy fam\u00adi\u00adlies in his home\u00adtown of Rio Claro. <\/p>\n

Dur\u00ading their vote of thanks, both men gave high\u00adlights of the busi\u00adness ca\u00adreers.<\/p>\n

Sam\u00admy shared he en\u00adtered the con\u00adstruc\u00adtion in\u00addus\u00adtry un\u00adder the di\u00adrec\u00adtion of his fa\u00adther at the age of 15 and his quick in\u00adsights en\u00adabled him to ex\u00adpand\u00aded the busi\u00adness in\u00adto a gen\u00ader\u00adal con\u00adtract\u00ading com\u00adpa\u00adny spe\u00adcial\u00adis\u00ading in civ\u00adil and earth\u00adworks, en\u00adgi\u00adneer\u00ading, coastal pro\u00adtec\u00adtion, site prepa\u00adra\u00adtion and foun\u00adda\u00adtions and land de\u00advel\u00adop\u00adment. <\/p>\n

Three decades lat\u00ader Ju\u00adnior Sam\u00admy Con\u00adtrac\u00adtors Ltd is a promi\u00adnent name in both the pri\u00advate and pub\u00adlic sec\u00adtors. <\/p>\n

Janoura re\u00admains still very ac\u00adtive in the dai\u00adly op\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtions of Janouras Cus\u00adtom De\u00adsign Ltd and Janouras Ltd.<\/p>\n

Lead\u00ading by ex\u00adam\u00adple and demon\u00adstrat\u00ading core com\u00adpa\u00adny val\u00adues, he said these strong eth\u00adi\u00adcal val\u00adues con\u00adtin\u00adue to in\u00adflu\u00adence all as\u00adpects of the busi\u00adness.<\/p>\n

As the en\u00adti\u00adty grows from strength to strength, he not\u00aded that in\u00advest\u00adment in tech\u00adnol\u00ado\u00adgy has built on the skillset of em\u00adploy\u00adees and con\u00adtin\u00adues to in\u00adflu\u00adence the ease in which they can com\u00adplete tasks which may have been sole\u00adly man\u00adu\u00adal in the past.<\/p>\n

Janoura fur\u00adther shared that the com\u00adpa\u00adny con\u00adtin\u00adues to im\u00adple\u00adment train\u00ading on new soft\u00adware pro\u00adgrammes to pro\u00adpel it to the next lev\u00adel.<\/p>\n

The Busi\u00adness Hall of Fame start\u00aded in 2005 with the posthu\u00admous in\u00adduc\u00adtion of found\u00ading mem\u00adber of the Cham\u00adber, Joseph Leon Agos\u00adti\u00adni. The very first Busi\u00adness Hall of Fame was a sim\u00adple cer\u00ade\u00admo\u00adny that took place in the Board Room of the Cham\u00adber\u2019s of\u00adfices. <\/p>\n

The award soon out\u00adgrew its mod\u00adest be\u00adgin\u00adnings and evolved in\u00adto an of\u00adfi\u00adcial pro\u00adgramme which now in\u00adducts a max\u00adi\u00admum of two busi\u00adness lead\u00aders at its an\u00adnu\u00adal awards event. <\/p>\n
