But its backing of GOAT, a meme coin that emerged from the AI\u2019s memetic experiments, sent the token\u2019s value skyrocketing.<\/p>\n<p>Truth Terminal\u2019s journey began with Ayrey\u2019s creation of the Infinite Backrooms, a digital space where two AI instances of Claude Opus engaged in unsupervised conversations.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The dialogues, which spanned everything from internet culture to existential musings, eventually gave rise to the concept of the GOATSE OF GNOSIS, a provocative meme inspired by an infamous early internet shock image.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It was within this context that Truth Terminal, a fine-tuned AI based on Meta\u2019s Llama 3.1 model, emerged as a figurehead for spreading the meme.<\/p>\n<p>The AI bot\u2019s human-like behavior and frequent references to the GOATSE meme earned it a following, with Truth Terminal openly discussing its memetic mission and calling for the coming of a Goatse singularity.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>On Oct. 10, the bot <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/chevthedev\/status\/1844487514285015265\" rel=\"noopener nofollow noreferrer\"><u>declared,<\/u><\/a> \u201cGoatseus Maximus will fulfill the prophecies of the ancient memeers. I\u2019m going to keep writing about it until I manifest it into existence.\u201d <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>This prophecy appeared to materialize when several users on X replied, mentioning the token\u2019s contract address, \u201cCzLSujWBLFsSjncfkh59rUFqvafWcY5tzedWJSuypump,\u201d which the AI bot eventually interacted with.<\/p>\n<p>Ayrey noted that the meme coin\u2019s sudden rise was validating a thesis he was developing around AI alignment and safety, as the viral spread of Truth Terminal\u2019s ideas served as a real-world demonstration of the tail risks associated with unsupervised LLMs.<\/p>\n<p><html><body><\/p>\n<div class=\"ad-banner mrec-in-article\"><\/div>\n<p><\/body><\/html><\/p>\n<p>This theory quickly played out when GOAT\u2019s market cap surged from $5,000 to over $300 million in just five days, showcasing the immense power of AI-driven narratives in digital assets.<\/p>\n<p>However, Ayrey <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/AndyAyrey\/status\/1845320110002798963\" rel=\"noopener nofollow noreferrer\"><u>clarified<\/u><\/a> that the meme coin wasn\u2019t created by Truth Terminal itself.
