Ethena disclosed that the partnership will allow its sUSDe token holders to deposit their funds into World Liberty Financial\u2019s Aave implementation that\u2019s yet to be launched. The integration will see Ethena users interact with World Liberty to earn rewards in sUSDe and World Liberty Financial\u2019s token, WLF, a move that\u2019s likely to increase World Liberty\u2019s usage.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>sUSDe Has Passed Risk Analysis<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>In an X post, Ethana Labs disclosed that they are in talks with World Liberty to make sUSDe \u201ca core collateral asset\u201d in World Liberty\u2019s \u201cupcoming Aave instance.\u201d Apart from enabling users to receive rewards in both tokens, Ethena Labs believes World Liberty will \u201cbenefit from the TVL and user base of Ethena.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Ethena has entered into a strategic partnership with <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/worldlibertyfi?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@worldlibertyfi<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A governance proposal has been submitted to add sUSDe to WLFI\u2019s upcoming Aave instance as a core collateral asset <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/jgjd8QGWDS\">pic.twitter.com\/jgjd8QGWDS<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Ethena Labs (@ethena_labs) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ethena_labs\/status\/1869413534125510677?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">December 18, 2024<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span>Ethena Labs argued that the sUSDe token has \u201calready passed risk analysis\u201d because it\u2019s being used on platforms like Aave Core and Lido. If the proposal is accepted, Ethena Foundation is willing to \u201cco-incentivize supply of sUSDe.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The partnership proposal comes two months after World Liberty Financial opened its doors to the public and announced its <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/fullycrypto.com\/donald-trumps-defi-project-to-work-with-aave\"><span>intentions to expand to an Aave<\/span><\/a><span>. World Liberty said that it\u2019ll offer 20% of the fees generated on the Aave implementation to the AaveDAO.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>DeFi Community Yet To Embrace World Liberty<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>World Liberty experienced a rough start selling only 4% of its native token on its first day.
