The crypto market is teetering on the edge of a cliff right now. The Fear & Greed index has dropped<\/a> into Fear<\/em> territory once again, after days in the Neutral <\/em>zone. Meanwhile, most major assets are down, including BTC<\/a> (-2.7%), ETH (-2.8%), SOL<\/a> (-4%), XRP (1.47%), ADA (-1.9%) and AVAX (-2.6%).<\/p>\n

According to analyst and founder of Crypto Capital Venture, Dan Gambardello, we may see more short-term pain, but he has his eyes firmly set on a target of US$135K (AU$200k) for Bitcoin by September 2025.<\/p>\n

Timothy Peterson, economist and author of \u2018Metcalfe\u2019s Law as a Model for Bitcoin\u2019s \u20bf Value\u2019, assumes<\/a> that we see an upside even sooner. According to his analysis, we can expect BTC to make gains of 30-60% by year\u2019s end, potentially hitting US$100K (AU$148.7K).<\/p>\n

Though, in all honesty, the more analysts you ask about where they see Bitcoin\u2019s price by the end of 2024, the more conflicting answers you\u2019re likely to get.
