Country music star George Strait performed the \u201cTrump dance\u201d during a recent concert in Las Vegas \u2014 the latest instance of President-elect Donald Trump\u2019s signature campaign boogie being copied by prominent public figures since his election victory.<\/p>\n
George Strait was performing Saturday at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas when he busted out the Trump moves.<\/p>\n Watch below:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n The Trump dance \u2014 which the president elect typically performed to the Village People\u2019s \u201cY.M.C.A.\u201d during campaign rallies \u2014 has caught on big time<\/a> with prominent sports and cultural figures.<\/p>\n Several NFL stars have performed the dance upon scoring touchdowns in recent weeks, including\u00a0Nick Bosa of the San Francisco 49ers, Za\u2019Darius Smith of the Detroit Lions,\u00a0 Calvin Ridley of the Tennessee Titans, and\u00a0Brock Bowers of the Las Vegas Raiders.<\/p>\n UFC\u00a0champion Jon Jones did the dance during a recent match at Madison Square Garden that was attended by Trump.<\/p>\n Argentina\u2019s\u00a0President Javier Milei performed the Trump Dance during a recent visit to Mar-a-Lago.<\/p>\n Left-wing media figures including ABC\u2019s late-night host Jimmy Kimmel have repeatedly mocked the \u201cTrump romp.\u201d<\/p>\n But in a sign that their control of the culture has significantly weakened, the Village People\u2019s\u00a0lead singer Victor Willis has given Trump his approval<\/a>, saying, the president elect \u201cgets an \u2018A\u2019 from me.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m glad I allowed the President Elect\u2019s continued use of Y.M.C.A.
