football player<\/a>?<\/strong><\/p>\nWhenever I can remember I\u2019ve always been on a football field with my dad coaching. So as far as I remember I\u2019ve always wanted to play football.<\/p>\n
What are your favorite moments from your football life?<\/strong><\/p>\nWhen we won a regional championship in high school and winning the conference championship in 2022 against Truman State.<\/p>\n
What are you looking to achieve as a football player going forward?<\/strong><\/p>\nIf the opportunity is there to keep playing, I want to be the best player I can be and keep winning.<\/p>\n
If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?<\/strong><\/p>\nChristian McCaffrey, he\u2019s always been a guy I\u2019ve looked up to, why I wear number 5 and would love to just see what he has to say.<\/p>\n
Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?<\/strong><\/p>\nMy mom and dad, my dad because of growing up seeing all the things he did as a football player and what he has taught me, and his work ethic inspired me. And my mom because of all the things she has been through in the last 2-3 years and she\u2019s tough as nails and that\u2019s why she inspires me.<\/p>\n
What is your favorite defensive scheme and why?<\/strong><\/p>\n4-2-5, I\u2019ve ran that the past couple of years and as a linebacker it allows you to make certain plays.<\/p>\n
What should we know about Clay Schulte the person?<\/strong><\/p>\nPretty laid-back guy, enjoy fishing and being on the lake in my spare time.<\/p>\n
What stands out about your film the most?<\/strong><\/p>\nI\u2019m around the ball all the time and don\u2019t take any plays off in game or practice and I don\u2019t miss tackles and I\u2019m always flying to the ball.<\/p>\n
How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?<\/strong><\/p>\nI\u2019ve always attacked them and never stop until I complete the challenge. If I want to do something I usually go get it done.<\/p>\n
What would a team get in a player like you?<\/strong><\/p>\nVery hardworking guy, who does extra, who always wants to win and hates losing and who wants to do what it takes to win and does the right things.<\/p>\n
What do you love the most about the game of football?<\/strong><\/p>\nI love the physicality of it, love contact, and you could be as violent as you want legally for four quarters.<\/p>\n
Who is the most underrated player you\u2019ve played with and why?<\/strong><\/p>\nKole Viel, he\u2019s a very good football player, fly\u2019s around, is fast and strong and makes a lot of tackles, but i could\u2019ve said any of my teammates and they would\u2019ve fit the description.<\/p>\n
