The OnePlus Pad’s reservation event has now come to a conclusion with a reveal of its retail pricing in its first few markets (North America and Europe). The first-gen ReadFit Display device will now go to pre-order, during which a second wave of buyers can buy it in full with the possibility of “gifts” thrown in for free. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

OnePlus<\/a> dedicated its first ever Blind Sales<\/a> for the North American and European markets to its new Pad<\/a>, which, as the device is the brand’s tablet, was kind of appropriate. The company claims to<\/a> have successfully completed the events with all units sold, without even disclosing their price once.\n<\/p>\n

However, the Pad’s final cost at retail is now out there: US$479<\/a>, CA$649<\/a> or \u20ac499<\/a> for a SKU with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage in the tablet’s single Halo Green colorway<\/a>. For those who find this a reasonable price for the first-gen Dimensity 9000<\/a>-powered device but were unwilling to take a chance on reserving it, another shot at owning one is coming up.\n<\/p>\n

OnePlus has announced that the Pad will be back up to pre-order via its website from April 28<\/a>, 2023. It will be offered with yet more “gifts<\/i><\/a>” (not necessarily those specified during the Blind Sale), a free trial of YouTube Premium<\/a> and an offer of up to 30% off additional accessories such as the OnePlus Buds Pro 2<\/a> (currently US$179 on Amazon<\/a>).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
