Ultimately, though, he didn\u2019t put in the kind of performance he\u2019d hoped for. Pimblett got his hand raised via decision, but many fans and pundits believed Gordon should\u2019ve been the one to come out on top.<\/p>\n<p>Ever since then, fans have been bombarding \u2018The Baddy\u2019 with criticism. Following a recent surgery, the Liverpudlian actually responded to this by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bjpenn.com\/mma-news\/ufc\/paddy-pimblett-calls-for-rematch-with-jared-gordon-following-successful-surgery-he-only-done-well-because-me-ankle-was-fked\/\">asking for a rematch<\/a> with Gordon to prove that he\u2019s the better man.<\/p>\n<p>Gordon, however, isn\u2019t as enthused by the prospect of running it back.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"640\" height=\"960\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/kXEXik5sl-o?rel=0\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m clearly living rent free in his [Pimblett\u2019s] head,\u201d Gordon said. \u201cHe just had surgery, and he\u2019s in his recovery room in the hospital, and the first couple words he\u2019s talking about is Jared Gordon. If I thought I won a fight and I wanted to move on and upward, I wouldn\u2019t be talking about Paddy Pimblett from my hospital bed. But it\u2019s not just me living rent-free in his head. It\u2019s every other media outlet and person in the industry. Joe Rogan, Nate Diaz, I think said something.
