\ndecided to withdraw charges due to compelling medical evidence regarding Anderson’s

Switzerland\u2019s federal prosecutors have opened an investigation against the rushed takeover of Credit Suisse by rival UBS<\/a> for possible violations of the country\u2019s criminal laws.<\/p>\n

The prosecutors have identified \u201cnumerous aspects of events around Credit Suisse\u201d that warranted a probe and are now assessing for any \u201ccriminal offenses that could fall within [their] competence.\u201d<\/p>\n
