Nintendo and the Pok\u00e9mon<\/a> Company announced today that it will hold a Pok\u00e9mon Presents livestream next week. More specifically, it will hold the event on Pok\u00e9mon Day, February 27. According to the announcement, the show will feature \u201cexciting Pok\u00e9mon news.\u201d The livestream begins at 6 am PT and will go on for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n

Upcoming Pok\u00e9mon news could feature DLC for the series\u2019 recent games. This might include the newest titles, Scarlet & Violet, but it could also mean last year\u2019s Pok\u00e9mon Legends: Arceus. We\u2019re less likely to see the announcement of the next annual mainline entries in the series, though it\u2019s not out of the question.<\/p>\n

Another possibility is the announcement of Pok\u00e9mon games for Nintendo Switch<\/a> Online. Nintendo recently revealed it\u2019s bringing Game Boy and Game Boy Advance titles<\/a> to its subscription service, and Pok\u00e9mon titles such as Red and Blue were notably missing from the list. Their addition might be part of the news.<\/p>\n
