Matt Lauer and Shamin Abas are still going strong.<\/p>\n

The couple of more than three years was seen enjoying a romantic date night Saturday in New York City\u2019s Upper East Side, according to photos obtained by Page Six.<\/p>\n

The former \u201cToday\u201d show host, 65, and the marketing guru, 53, kept close and held hands as they shopped on Madison Avenue.<\/p>\n

For the intimate outing, Lauer kept warm in a gray beanie and matching hooded sweatshirt, which was layered atop a baby blue collared button-down and beneath a black sport coat.<\/p>\n

He completed his look with dark-wash blue jeans and black dress shoes, holding his phone and a shopping bag in one hand, and his girlfriend\u2019s in the other.<\/p>\n

Abas, for her part, went with a mustard yellow ensemble featuring a peacoat, a tea-length skirt and chic pumps. She pulled her outfit together with a black-and-white-patterned blouse and a black clutch.<\/p>\n

Lauer and Abas began dating<\/a> in late 2019 amid the finalization of his divorce<\/a> from wife of 20 years Annette Roque, 56.<\/p>\n

As Page Six previously reported, the journalist \u2014 apparently overcome with guilt after cheating with multiple women at work \u2014 agreed to pay<\/a> the former model and equestrian as much as $20 million in their settlement.<\/p>\n

The exes \u2014 who share sons Jack, 21, and Thijs, 16, along with daughter Romy, 19 \u2014 split in 2017 after\u00a0NBC executives axed Lauer<\/a> over a string of sexual misconduct allegations, which torpedoed his career.<\/p>\n

As for his relationship with Abas, the pair were friends for a decade before deciding to give romance a shot.<\/p>\n
