Kourtney Kardashian is the latest celebrities to embrace the \u201cnude\u201d illusion trend<\/a>, posing on Instagram<\/a> Thursday in a dizzying Balmain look printed with an undressed female figure on the front and cherubs on the back.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you need to make a call please hang up and try again,\u201d Kardashian captioned the photo carousel, featuring front and back views of her trompe l\u2019oeil look.<\/p>\n

But the warped graphic left her followers scratching their heads, with one commenting, \u201cThis ain\u2019t it\u201d and another writing, \u201cThe majority of everything she wears now is an absolute mess.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI guess I just don\u2019t understand fashion,\u201d a third chimed in, while a fourth said, \u201cThis dress makes me uncomfortable.<\/p>\n

Other critics called the gown \u201cgrotesque,\u201d \u201chorrible\u201d and \u201chideous.\u201d<\/p>\n

Several did defend the dress, hailing Kardashian as a \u201cgoddess\u201d and \u201csexy\u201d \u2014\u00a0and a few even wondered whether the Poosh founder might be pregnant, with one commenting that her look was \u201cgiving glowing and showing.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kardashian and her husband, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, 47, have been trying to conceive<\/a> and detailing the process on their Hulu show. <\/p>\n

In October, Kardashian revealed on the \u201cNot Skinny But Not Fat\u201d podcast that she felt \u201cpushed into doing IVF<\/a>\u201d because she\u2019s over 40.<\/p>\n
