JD.com raises salaries and grants stock to Dada employees

Credit: JD On April 2, JD.com announced a salary upgrade for Dada employees, increasing pay to 19 months’ salary this year and 20 months’ salary in 2025. Additionally, some outstanding Dada employees will receive JD Group stock grants. The announcement follows Dada’s merger agreement with JD Sunflower Investment Ltd. and its wholly owned subsidiary, JD Sunflower Merger
