Ethereum Price Eyes $4,750 as Rising Volume and RWA Growth Fuel Outlook

Ethereum (ETH) is showing a constructive recovery as buyers defend the breakout and maintain support for the Ethereum price. Stronger market participation and expanding real-world asset activity are reinforcing the broader bullish outlook, while consolidation suggests the market is preparing for its next major directional move.

At the time of writing, ETH is trading at $2,498.94 with a 24-hour trading volume of $10.68 billion and a market capitalization of $304.85 billion. However, the Ethereum price has remained stable over the last 24 hours.

Ethereum Price Eyes $4,750 After Key Breakout

The crypto analyst Bitcoin Meraklisi revealed that Ethereum has reclaimed the $2,381 resistance and continues to defend the breakout, keeping the short-term market structure constructive.

The Ethereum price is now consolidating between $2,381 and $2,515, a horizontal range that may represent accumulation before another directional move. Holding the lower boundary would strengthen the bullish case and signal sustained buyer interest.

A confirmed breakout above $2,515 could trigger the next leg higher, with $2,750 emerging as the first upside objective.

If momentum accelerates, the Ethereum price could subsequently target $3,400 before potentially advancing toward the broader $4,750 region. However, $2,381 remains the critical level to watch, as losing it could weaken the bullish setup significantly.

Ethereum Outlook Shows Strong Bullish Recovery

According to TradingView, the Ethereum price displays a transition from steady consolidation into an explosive bullish breakout. Following a summer low around $1,500, Ethereum tightened near $1,900, causing a significant Bollinger Band squeeze.

In late August, price action surged vertically past key resistance levels, briefly reaching $2,523.58 before consolidating strongly above $2,500 along upper support bounds.

The technical indicators reflect the presence of strong bullish momentum along with initial signals of cooling. The 20-day moving average of $2,418.98 is turning up very sharply in order to provide dynamic support.

On the other hand, in the lower MACD panel, a good positive divergence is visible after the huge rally, although there are some cooling bars of the histogram.

Ethereum Market Activity Jumps With Volume Surge

Coinglass data also highlighted that the trading activity of Ethereum is rising because the trading volume increases by 81.78%, reaching $29.08 billion.

At the same time, the open interest of Ethereum increases slightly by 0.34% to $32.86 billion. The high volume combined with the relatively low open interest means that there is an increase in market interest.

Despite the bullish price predictions and improving technicals and increasing volume, the Ethereum price is moving in a neutral territory. This move is also backed by the cautious environment in the crypto market as the BTC price has cooled down after the recent surge.

Ethereum’s RWA Sector Enters a New Growth Phase

Market watcher Token Terminal pointed out that the influence of Ethereum on the RWA sphere is only becoming more prominent amid the increasing use of tokenization in a variety of financial sectors.

Stablecoins still represent the largest group with a total market capitalization of $163.5 billion, whereas tokenized funds account for $17.5 billion. The growing numbers emphasize the importance of Ethereum as financial infrastructure.

In addition to stablecoins and funds, the current RWA presence on the Ethereum network amounts to about $5 billion worth of commodities and about $770.1 million worth of stock tokens.

This indicates that the adoption of the technology is gradually progressing towards more mainstream finance and can bring about improvements in terms of settlement speed, transparency, and access.

What Happens Next for Ethereum?

The upcoming move of the Ethereum price could be defined by the ability of buyers to break out past the $2,515 level while protecting the $2,381 breakout area.

In the case of such a breakout, Ethereum may head for the $2,750 mark and beyond, whereas a failure of sellers to break below the support could reduce the bullish pressure.
