- Nashville SC (No. 1) vs. Wild Card winner
- Inter Miami CF (No. 2) vs. New York City FC (No. 7)
- Chicago Fire FC (No. 3) vs. FC Cincinnati (No. 6)
- New England Revolution (No. 4) vs. Charlotte FC (No. 5)
Wild Card
- Real Salt Lake (No. 8) vs. Portland Timbers (No. 9)
Round One
- Vancouver Whitecaps FC (No. 1) vs. Wild Card winner
- Houston Dynamo FC (No. 2) vs. Colorado Rapids (No. 7)
- LAFC (No. 3) vs. St. Louis CITY SC (No. 6)
- San Jose Earthquakes (No. 4) vs. FC Dallas (No. 5)
MLS Cup presented by Audi will be played Dec. 18, while the playoffs begin Nov. 18 with Wild Card matches.
Decision Day, the final day of the 2026 regular season, is set for Nov. 7.
- Seeds 1-7 in each conference qualify for the Round One Best-of-3 Series.
- Seeds 8-9 in each conference qualify for the Wild Card matches.
- Seeds 10-15 in each conference do not qualify for the postseason.
