Cowboys pass rusher Donovan Ezeiruaku pulled from practice

The Cowboys appear to have disciplined Donovan Ezeiruaku.

Football can get a bit heated at times.

The Dallas Cowboys had their most physical activity in a two-day stretch to start this week as Monday and Tuesday marked the first padded practices of training camp. Getting going in that way elevates things a bit, but doing so in straight days adds to the overall impact.

It would seem that there was a bit of, um, tension coming from Donovan Ezeiruaku. He was reportedly escorted out of practice after being pulled for disciplinary reasons.

Obviously there is some sort of misconception on who was the specific target of whatever Schottenheimer did not like from Ezeiruaku, but the point seems pretty understood that there was something going on that the head ball coach was not a fan of.

Schotty has made note of the fact that he wants things to be more disciplined with the Cowboys in this overall respect, and with this move he made himself a man of his word.

We will see if he or anyone else from the team offers any sort of follow-up comment.
