The Lenovo Legion Tab Gen 3 (FIFA World Cup 26™ Edition) is now available in the US.

Lenovo has begun selling the FIFA World Cup 26 Edition of the Legion Tab Gen 3 in the US. However, with the standard version available for significantly less, there’s no compelling reason to buy the FIFA edition.

Earlier this year, Lenovo announced a handful of FIFA World Cup 26-branded products, thanks to being the official technology partner of FIFA. Among them is the Legion Tab Gen 3 (FIFA World Cup 26 Edition), which is now available in the US. Unfortunately, it isn’t worth buying over the standard edition.

The Legion Tab Gen 3 (FIFA World Cup 26 Edition) is now available to buy on the Lenovo US website. However, its price tag of $569.99 is outrageous considering the regular version is currently priced at $439.99. While it is worth stating that the regular version is currently on sale, as Lenovo says it’s estimated value is $549.99, you are not getting anything particularly special worth the extra money if you choose the FIFA edition.

The Legion Tab Gen 3 FIFA World Cup 26 Edition comes in white.

The Legion Tab Gen 3 (FIFA World Cup 26™ Edition) is white whereas the standard version is black. It also comes with a handful of stickers and custom wallpapers, and ships in a FIFA World Cup 26-branded box. The product page says it also ships with a folio case, but doesn’t say if it is a special FIFA edition like that of the Yoga Tab FIFA World Cup 26 Edition. There’s also a 65W USB-C charger, and a protective film, all of which you also get when you purchase the standard edition.

The specs are also the same, so you get a tablet with an 8.8-inch 2560 × 1600 display with a 165Hz refresh rate, HDR10 support, and 900 nits of peak brightness. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, which is paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage. It also has a 13MP + 2MP dual rear camera setup, an 8MP front facing camera, and a 6,550mAh battery capacity that can be charged via either of the two USB-C ports.

Other features are stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, dual microphones, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4. It launched with Android 14, but there’s already an Android 16 update. Since Lenovo promises the Legion Tab Gen 3 will receive three Android OS upgrades, it means it should be updated to Android 17 when it is released.
