iShowSpeed is truly a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to entertainment. From streaming to music, he continues to show there’s no limit to what he can do. Music isn’t new for Speed, as he’s released several hit songs throughout the years. Through his travels, Speed has experienced different cultures around the world and developed a deep appreciation for soccer, known globally as football. With excitement building for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Speed decided to create music to match the tournament’s energy.

iShowSpeed Drops ‘World Cup’ Ahead Of FIFA World Cup

To celebrate the 2026 FIFA World Cup, iShowSpeed kicked off the month with a new release titled ‘World Cup Champion.’ The music video features flags from countries around the world and showcases people from various nationalities. In the song, Speed speaks about unity and global pride through the game of soccer. When the song dropped, Speed took to X and tagged FIFA, asking if they could make the track official. The official FIFA World Cup account responded, letting him know they would be in touch. Well, it looks like they did just that. During a recent livestream, Speed revealed that ‘World Cup’ has officially been added to the 2026 FIFA World Cup album. 

iShowSpeed Celebrates RIAA Gold Certification Milestone

Just 11 days after its release, the music video had already racked up more than 46 million views on the streamer’s YouTube channel. Not only is the track pulling in millions of views, but it has also officially been certified Gold by the RIAA. To celebrate the milestone, iShowSpeed took to X and wrote: “WORLD CUP WENT GOLD THANK YOU.” With the achievement, iShowSpeed joins Kai Cenat and DDG as the only streamers to earn RIAA Gold certifications.
