UnderMine 2 Deepens the Adventure With Duskfall Update, Out Now in Early Access

New Features Await in UnderMine 2

The journey through UnderMine 2 continues to grow deeper as developer Thorium rolls out the 0.7 “Duskfall” update, now available in Early Access. This latest update introduces a wave of fresh content, bringing players closer to the game’s full 1.0 release while expanding its already rich roguelike experience.

At the heart of the update is Duskfall, a brand-new starting area that sets the tone for each run. Alongside it comes the Thimble Thicket market, a unique hub where players can pick up relics, arcana, and potions built around clever size-altering mechanics like growing and shrinking. These additions offer more strategic options and variety during exploration.

For those looking for a tougher challenge, the update introduces The Grim Crucible, a new difficulty mode inspired by systems seen in the original UnderMine and Hades. It allows players to stack modifiers and push their skills further with each run. Adding to the pressure is a new boss encounter featuring Bul and Gogi, a relentless duo designed to test even experienced players.

UnderMine 2 continues to build on the foundation of its predecessor with features like local co-op, branching paths, and an expanded Arcana system that enhances combat and exploration. Each update adds more depth, shaping the game into a more refined and rewarding experience.

With the Duskfall update now live, the road to full release feels more substantial than ever. Players stepping into the Undermine today will find a game steadily evolving with each update, offering new reasons to return and push further into its depths.
